Captain Griff
Ken Griffin, "Captain Griff," is a full-time guide and a full-time resident of Port O'Connor, having fished the area since 1983. He knows the bays and back lakes very well. Captain Griff is a U.S. Coast Guard Approved Licensed Captain (#799161) and holds a current Texas State Guide License. Captain Griff also participates in a drug testing program.

Captain Griff has gained his well-deserved respect by placing and winning in numerous tournaments. In fact, he met his wife, Leah, at the "La Chica Pesca" Tournament in Port O'Connor. "It was my best catch ever!" smiles an ever-pleasant Ken Griffin.

Ken Griffin grew up in Corpus Christi and has been fishing the South Texas coast all his life. He uses only the safest, updated marine equipment and adheres to all state, federal and Coast Guard regulations.

Full-day charters are available, as well as overnight accommodations in the Fishin' Fun Lodge. Fishing trips available for wade, drift and bay fishing, from Matagorda Island to San Antonio Bay.
